Vukori Holdings LLC (“Telzyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Telzyn communications platform at telzyn.co. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your phone number (used as your account identifier), email address if provided, and payment information for paid accounts.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service including API requests, message volumes, phone numbers used, timestamps, and delivery status.

Message Metadata: We collect metadata about messages sent through the Service (sender, recipient, timestamp, delivery status, message type). We do not permanently store message content beyond what is necessary for delivery and compliance.

Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and API request logs for security and fraud prevention.

Message content transmitted through the Telzyn platform is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the communication. We do not use message content for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

• Carrier partners required to deliver communications (message metadata only)
• Payment processors for billing (Stripe)
• Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, monitoring)
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after termination. Message metadata is retained for 90 days. Message content is not retained beyond delivery confirmation. Financial records are retained as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. API keys should be kept confidential and rotated if compromised.

For customers using the Service for healthcare communications, we offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Please contact [email protected] to request a BAA before transmitting any Protected Health Information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
